Tucson Subaru excelled in both customer service and car. I ended up buying a Crosstrek and it has all the extra features I wanted and I'm discovering more as I drive it. Smooth ride, nice acceleration, comfortable, safe, quiet, and with great entertainment features I did not find in the Honda HRV Sport. And my salesman listened to my blatherings and solved every issue, concern and want. Well, he's not painting my house but I can't fault him for that. I also met the team supporting me and my new car and it was nice to know I had more resources than just one person for help and for information. Something very much missing in my previous purchase. And, as I look out at my new car, I am well pleased. More
