I purchased a used Buick Encore from City VW from Brandon. He was the best car sales I’ve worked with! Very informative, very patient, and not overly pushy. We faced an issue with insurance and Brandon was incredibly helpful on guiding us through our options to seek the best rates. I brought my boyfriend along as well and appreciate him chatting with my boyfriend while I figured out the insurance piece. They allowed us to see the inspection report ahead of time and we were able to buy this car at a GREAT price with no mechanical issues. They walked us through each document prior to signing and answered any questions. They were very upfront about pricing and didn’t try to sneak in a purchase we didn’t agree to or try and push us to purchase something extra. I typically stick to GM cars due to having several generations of family member that have worked there, but considering how tricky it can be to find a good dealership and car sales, I definitely hope to buy from City VW and Brandon again and will consider looking at their VW models in the future! More
