I went to another VW dealer just to test the waters, I did extensive research so I went in knowing exactly what I wanted… and I completely wasted 3 hours and ended up here at City VW. I walked in and immediately you FEEL the difference in the air. Everyone is welcoming, they are very transparent on your options and they just feel like real people, and not “salespeople.” Aside from that - the PRICE itself was ridiculously lower than the previous dealer. Without me having to haggle them. It was truly an easy-breezy process. I was at the dealer for …2hrs maybe? Not even. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I truly mean that. I want to put emphasis on just how special Maria and Edgar are. The cherry on top of all of this - Maria sent me a personal video showing me the exact car getting a wash, and specifically saying “Hi Jessica!…” and she called out everything I wanted. That was very special to me and such nice touch. She is a gem, and made this experience so positive for me I really can’t thank her enough.
