Very clean, organized, and professional staff at this dealership. I liked that I never felt pushed to buy a vehicle that day but everything fell into place, and I'm very happy with the results and my bra dealership. Evrard Tassy our salesman and Tracy the finance manager are absolutely the best. Next time your in the need to buy a vehicle make sure you ask for Tassy. He will take care of you! Go to Donald Belizaire, Jacques, Rey, Evrard, Jake or Bill! I have already written a review about this dealership and what made my experience very negative. If you did not read my previous review, the Pre-owned I have already written a review about this dealership and what made my experience very negative. If you did not read my previous review, the Pre-owned Director, Paul Wright, demonstrated such a lack of professionalism that I would not go back to this dealership. On the other hand, my experience at this dealership, removing my interactions with the Pre-owned Director, Paul Wright, was phenomenal. There was a lot of positives at this dealership. First, Donald Belizaire was the car salesperson that assisted me in my car buying process. This man demonstrated a high level of respect and professionalism towards me and my family. I made multiple visits to the dealership and each time I came back Donald never failed to provide a very hospitable experience. He truly advocated to get me a good deal and I am very appreciative for his service. He even bought me some snacks when I mentioned I was hungry, which was completely unexpected, and again very appreciated. If you cannot find Donald, Jacques Fanfan, Evrard Tassy, Rey Rodriguez are three salespeople I am certain would provide an experience similar to Donald. Each of these individuals showed me great respect while I was in the dealership. Fanfan and Rodriguez were both very charismatic and displayed great sense of humors. Tassy showed me some features on my new purchase and he didn’t have to at all. I appreciate this men for the level of respect and professionalism they demonstrated. Jake Howard, a used car sales manager, was very transparent with me and he never tried to sell me on a car. He was able to gather very valuable information for me including Carfax on prospective cars. He was also impressed with how well-spoken he was. He seems like a very smart guy. Aside from Jake, there was another used car sales manager, by the name of Bill. If Bill could be promoted to Pre-owned director, I think Rick Case would have made a very wise choice and I believe would provide a better experience for their guests. This man has a very upbeat personality, very friendly, relatable, and also showed the utmost respect to my family. More

Purchase of 2018 Elantra Sales manager Mr Alavarez and Sales consultant Mr Tassy were very knowledgeable of the Hyundai products and we're willing to work with me in the purch Sales manager Mr Alavarez and Sales consultant Mr Tassy were very knowledgeable of the Hyundai products and we're willing to work with me in the purchase on my new Elantra. Dissatisfied I am satisfied with my vehicle, but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at Rick Case Hyundai in Davie. I was forthright with the sales ma I am satisfied with my vehicle, but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at Rick Case Hyundai in Davie. I was forthright with the sales manager and I told him what my stipulations were when I arrived. After not accepting what they offered I left. The sales manager told me that I wasted his time since I did not accept the offer and purchase the vehicle that day. Not only was that unprofessional to say to a potential customer, but also very rude. I believe I wasted my time that day since I spent four hours at this dealership and was precise about the offer I was willing to accept. Of course after I left the salesman Evrard called me trying to get me back in. I must say that Evrard was professional and courteous while I was at the dealership. It was just the sales manager that was not as courteous. After leaving Rick Case Hyundai in Davie, I went to Rick Case Hyundai in Plantation. I was acknowledged and greeted expeditiously. The customer service at Rick Case Hyundai in Plantation was superb, and though I did not purchase my vehicle there, I was not told by the sales manager that I had wasted his time. The only reason I came back the next day is because this dealership had the car I wanted at a less expensive price than Rick Case Hyundai in Plantation. Though my experience was not as positive as I'd hoped at this dealership, I hope the customer service improves. More

Rick Case Delivers I have gotten what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It was a pleasant experience. Did not have to wait a long time.
