Dissatisfied I am satisfied with my vehicle, but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at Rick Case Hyundai in Davie. I was forthright with the sales ma I am satisfied with my vehicle, but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at Rick Case Hyundai in Davie. I was forthright with the sales manager and I told him what my stipulations were when I arrived. After not accepting what they offered I left. The sales manager told me that I wasted his time since I did not accept the offer and purchase the vehicle that day. Not only was that unprofessional to say to a potential customer, but also very rude. I believe I wasted my time that day since I spent four hours at this dealership and was precise about the offer I was willing to accept. Of course after I left the salesman Evrard called me trying to get me back in. I must say that Evrard was professional and courteous while I was at the dealership. It was just the sales manager that was not as courteous. After leaving Rick Case Hyundai in Davie, I went to Rick Case Hyundai in Plantation. I was acknowledged and greeted expeditiously. The customer service at Rick Case Hyundai in Plantation was superb, and though I did not purchase my vehicle there, I was not told by the sales manager that I had wasted his time. The only reason I came back the next day is because this dealership had the car I wanted at a less expensive price than Rick Case Hyundai in Plantation. Though my experience was not as positive as I'd hoped at this dealership, I hope the customer service improves. More

Rick Case Delivers I have gotten what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It was a pleasant experience. Did not have to wait a long time. Never felt manipulated or I have gotten what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It was a pleasant experience. Did not have to wait a long time. Never felt manipulated or pushed. This is my 2nd good experience with this dealership and I will come back if I decide to buy another Hyundai vehicle. More
