Initially we just wanted to test drive a Suburban and think on it, but Steve so thoroughly answered all of our questions, we came back a few days later to confidently buy. The process was a breeze, and we are so grateful for him. The facility is clean and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Fabian was the financial manager we worked with, and he explained everything efficiently and even kept our two year old occupied while we signed. All of our future car purchases will definitely be with Phillips Chevy. More
