It used to be friendly and customer oriented. That got lost during the last two years. I have been a customer since 1999 and, it seems, it means nothing. I already got my wife a car from another dealership. When my lease will end later on this year I’ll be going there too. Generally, the current management team is busy managing their job security. They could care less for their customers. Too bad. More

I wanted to share the bad dealership practice I encountered recently with Mercedes Benz Natick during my process of buying a used car Acura RDX. I worked with the Salesperson Dakotta and her sales encountered recently with Mercedes Benz Natick during my process of buying a used car Acura RDX. I worked with the Salesperson Dakotta and her sales manager Nick. I agreed to pay the full list price for the vehicle and they agreed to replace all the tires based on their safety inspection. With this agreement, they allowed my request to bring the vehicle to the Acura car dealer for a used car check. After the car inspection, I called the salesperson to let her know that there were no major safety issues found other than tire replacement and refilling some essential fluids and I am interested in moving forward. She mentioned that I needed to deposit $1000 for the vehicle. I told her that I was willing to pay the amount and asked whether they could take care of the findings in the used car check report. She mentioned that she would call me right away after checking with her manager. She didn't call me back so I called her and left a voicemail. After a few minutes, I called her manager Nick. Nick asked me to send the used car check report by responding to his email and he will call me back after going through the report. I emailed him the report. He didn't call me back that evening. The next day morning, I called the salesperson Dakotta and left her a voicemail. I didn't receive a call from her. After an hour, I called Nick to follow up on what he said last night. Nick told me that he sold the car that I was interested in to another person and he would be happy to look for another similar vehicle. I was disappointed with his response given all the time I spent during this process and paying to inspect the vehicle. After my conversation with Nick, I called Mercedes-Benz, Natick General Manager Fahad Arshad and reported this practice. He asked me for the names of the salespeople I worked with and said he would give me a call if there was anything he could do. After a few days, I still saw this particular used car in the CarMax listing but this time they updated the seller description saying that this car went through the inspection at the Acura dealer. I didn't receive any call from Mereceds-Benz of Natick. I understand the dealers have a choice of selling their car to anyone but I felt there was a lack of open communication and demonstrated their bad dealership practice. I hope Mercedes Benz of Natick's leadership team takes some action to gain the trust of their customers and prospects. More

Deceptive sales practices Vito was my sales person. He did not present the car as it was particularly during the negotiations. He did not print out the sticker on the car or go over what the options we He did not present the car as it was particularly during the negotiations. He did not print out the sticker on the car or go over what the options were. He had told me that there was collision sensors and park assist when there was not. I didn’t learn this till several weeks after when Johnny went over all of the items on the car.Jonny was great . He was very patient and a great teacher. I was also told that the car had navigation when it did not. When I sat with the business manager, he mentioned to me that the car was a loaner. I did not know this. Again, I would not have negotiated the price that I did had I known it was a loaner and had several people driving it. When I brought this up to Vito, he said he did not know that it was a loaner. Danny said of course it was a loaner. You should’ve known that. Again deceptive practices. I was ready to walk out at this point, but I spoke with Nikko the business manager who took another $500 off of the price of the car. I did want the warranty to be extended, but he said he could not do that. The time that I spent in the dealership was many hours. They kept rushing me to get the money to them for the car but it was getting late in the day. I had to go back to the dealership several times to complete this transaction. They kept trying to push financing on me which I didn’t want. I had my own financing. The business manager was very rude and reached over and grabbed a pen out of my hand that was given to me to sign the paperwork. In this time of Covid and with the Mercedes dealership, they should at least give you a free pen to use that is clean. I told him I was transferring my plate several times and yet I was charged for a new registration. Nico did reimburse me for that. Also, I was told that the car would be , not able to be delivered until till 4 o’clock waiting all day for it because it had to be inspected. Although I found out it was inspected a month prior. When the car was delivered to me, Danny really didn’t go over the car with me at all, and I had to ask for a owners manual. I realized when I went over the inspection, there was no spare tire which was checked off on the inspection Nico reconciled that and got me a spare tire, which unfortunately does not fit inside the trunk. I would not recommend this dealership because of all of these issues that I had particularly with Vito oh, by the way, thought it was important for me to know that he had five stars on his reviews which I thought was unprofessional. After I went through a final run through with Danny several weeks later, I realized that the park assist that I thought I had in the car and front collision sensors and navigation were not part of the package that I thought I was getting. I would’ve negotiated a much lower price. I believe I over paid for this car and there’s nothing I can do about it now. More
