Even though he knew we were just looking, he took his time with us, and he did not pressure us. We decided--on that very day--to replace our 2011 Prius with a brand-new 2019 Prius. Dado answered all of our questions, and he let us go for a test drive. He is kind, considerate, smart, and honest. We recommend him 100% Dado is the sales consultant for us. Exceptional! Despite this, the staff was overly helpful and Quincy, in particular, was always available for any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. At the end, I received the exact vehicle I wanted with the options and accessories I had hoped for. My OCD request for delivery we’re also met and I appreciate that greatly. More

I had an idea of what I wanted and what I could afford. My two top choices were available in the shop. Dado went for a test drive with me and was very helpful. I was excited about the first car that I drove. Dado was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left that day, only 45 minutes had passed. I know that I dealt with other A-1 representatives, but unfortunately, don't remember their names. Each one seemed to have my interests truly in mind. No one was pressuring or impatient. I hope that their names can be discovered so that they can be thanked again. When I did go to pick up the car, again Dado instructed me patiently. He is wonderful! We are satisfied with the workings of the rest of the dealership with one exception. The manufacturers put soy based wire covers in the motor of our 2011 Prius. Mice get into our garage and have caused havoc. AI Toyota has charged us with the expenses which this mistake has entailed. We live on a country wooded acre. Our cats keep mice from the house but do not patrol the garage. We'll end this by repeating that it is a pleasure to do business with Dado More
