Dear Puente Hills Hyundai, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent service experience with your dealership. Regrettably, I must inform you that I will be assigning the lowest rating for my visit feedback on my recent service experience with your dealership. Regrettably, I must inform you that I will be assigning the lowest rating for my visit. During my recent visit for a routine oil change, I felt subjected to unnecessary upselling of maintenance services, including a brake fluid flush and transmission fluid flush, which were recommended without an inspection of my vehicle. Furthermore, I discovered that your pricing for these services significantly exceeds that of other Hyundai dealerships, which raises concerns about transparency and fairness. Consequently, I ended up having the brake fluid flush work done. However, due to budget constraints, I declined the transmission fluid flush at this time, intending to address it later. Upon seeking advice from another Hyundai dealerships, it was confirmed that the recommended services were not in line with Hyundai's recommended maintenance schedule, adding to my disappointment and frustration. As a result, I incurred an additional cost of $100 plus taxes and fees for a brake fluid flush that was neither due nor recommended by the manufacturer. I believe in honest and transparent customer service, and unfortunately, my recent experience did not meet these expectations. It is imperative for Puente Hills to address this issue promptly to regain their customer's trust and confidence. Thank you for your attention to this matter. More
