I will be honest dealing with Owen was not a highlight for me, I came in for a warranty perge valve which before I made the appointment I doubled checked that the part was under my warranty. I was told by for me, I came in for a warranty perge valve which before I made the appointment I doubled checked that the part was under my warranty. I was told by Owen that it wasn’t and he told me that I needed to pay for the diagnostic and the part and I just felt like I was being talked down to the entire time which I did not appreciate. I simply said don’t worry about it I will find another place to take care of it. If it wasn’t for the service writer manager Felipe who checked that the valve actually was under warranty advantage would have lost my business. I appreciated the manager looking in to why I was leaving and checking to make sure what needed to be done got done. More
