I really appreciate taking my car to a Columbia Ford Kia. They are friendly when I walk in the door, and they get to work quickly. Other places, I’ve sat around waiting for someone to take my keys. Not here They are friendly when I walk in the door, and they get to work quickly. Other places, I’ve sat around waiting for someone to take my keys. Not here. They give me an accurate wait time if I decide to wait for my car to be serviced. I usually do wait because they have nice facilities. There’s a comfortable lounge. I wish they had more charging stations for phones and computers and maybe one more work station, but the desk is usually empty so I can get a lot of work done while I wait. My car is almost always finished before the time estimated and checking out is quick too. I also appreciate that they don’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. They point out recommended services and leave at that. If I were to change anything, I think the counter area is a little cramped but that’s honestly not a big deal. I’m really glad they’re close by but I’d probably drive a bit further to take my car there considering how painless the experience has been. More
