For my recent visit I had the opportunity to work with the Service Manager, Filippo Principato, and Service Advisor, Isaac Hidder, It was quite evident that Filippo leads by example. Isaac was very professional and knowledgeable and consistently kept me updated on status of visit. For this visit I needed transportation back home and also required transportation to pick up my vehicle. This was provided by Miguel who was fantastic. The service manager was great. Very belevolent and worried about customer service. However when I first got there I wasn’t sure where to go or where to bring my car and everyone at Very belevolent and worried about customer service. However when I first got there I wasn’t sure where to go or where to bring my car and everyone at the desks wouldn’t ask what I needed and walked by me. I was there for around 8 minutes at the desk in front of the employees. Not a big deal at all I wasn’t in a rush and I udnwrstand the shortage and the amount of work they gotta do.
