We are new in town and was looking for a good pre-owned SUV for a family of 4, then I found Kia on Atlantic. We discussed our interest to Firas and he immediately took care of us and went through the details of the vehicle. He was very attentive and ensured that our questions are all answered clearly. It was a very detailed but quick transaction since all our questions has been answered so we decided to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle. Likewise, Richard matos was wonderful in finalising the paperwork on the finance side and made sure that everything is clear to us. He went out of his way to help me and get me the car I wanted. If a sales Dept is the first hurdle that most of us avoid then the Finance dept is the one we run from. But I did no running. I worked with Richard matos in finance, and he did not try and pressure me or slip by a bunch of added costs but made the finishing process smooth and painless. I would suggest to anyone wanting to have a low pressure and high satisfaction experience of buying a car that you give them a chance to earn your business. They earned mine! More

Wish it let me give a lower review. signed everything needed when I went there to purchase a vehicle. They offered me 24,000 for my trade the vehicle I wanted was 22900. When they came signed everything needed when I went there to purchase a vehicle. They offered me 24,000 for my trade the vehicle I wanted was 22900. When they came to me with the deal some how they wanted the car I was trading and then an additional $7000. I owed nothing on my trade. Who knows where that came from In the end it was my trade and $600. We made the deal. Now 3 weeks after I still have no title and they keep requesting things that I have already given them. This is the most inept dealership I have ever delt with. I do not recommend buying from them More

We loved Southside Kia until about t months ago. Service department went into the crapper. Managment reaches out when you,leave bad reviews but does not follow throng. It’s a shame because sales sta Service department went into the crapper. Managment reaches out when you,leave bad reviews but does not follow throng. It’s a shame because sales staff is wonderful but service is awful in the last few months and we always service at the dealer. So now I can’t wait to trade in the Tlluride which I love for a brand that has a service department that actually cares. More
