Some service reps helpful, others not so much The service rep. I dealt with recently seemed trustworthy. The female rep. I had two times before was not. She exaggerated an issues with the car. She acts like everything is an emergency when it is not. I overheard her using the same scare tactics with another customer she used on me. ("You don't want to wait too long, etc.) My bills were high when I worked with her. Wondering if this kind of dishonest behavior is encouraged by the dealership in performance reviews, etc. More

Finance department is worse Cancelled my GAP insurance 75 days ago and still they are not providing refund. Stay away from this dealership . They will waste your time and play games. They are also notorious for adding in xx fees. To be specific, the CERTIFICATION FEE is a made up fee they . They will waste your time and play games. They are also notorious for adding in xx fees. To be specific, the CERTIFICATION FEE is a made up fee they will add. If you go to any other dealership, you won't see that fee. But they are dishonest, so it's no surprise. They'll try to be subtle when selling you a car to get more money out of you...like adding another year or two of payments. Also, don't expect them to greet you when you visit (you know, like most other dealerships do) apparently you have to "sign in" with a lady there (no, it doesn't say this anywhere...but you should know apparently). The staff is highly disorganized and incompetent. The "internet manager" is a joke as well. He says to come in, but can't acknowledge anything?! What's the point...time is valuable for most people. They will try to hound you, but you have to jump through hoops and sign in and wait for someone to "see you". YEAH OKAY! Route 23 Honda is a lot better. They don't make you sign in, they aren't disorganized..oh and they greet their customers. So in short, avoid this dealership. More

I was taken for a test drive in the wrong model, which meant taking an extra test drive and the salesmen was not knowledgeable about the car in other areas, too. They then insulted my intelligence with the most outrageous monthly cost on a lease: $550 on a $36.000 MSRP for 15 months with $3000 down. Of course, I didn't agree and ended up paying much less, but only because I did my homework and can do math. Flavia is the most rude, condescending woman I've met and yet had the nerve to ask for all 10's on the survey. I gave them all 1's, what they deserved. But the prize for most inept goes to Alejandro, the Finance guy. My temporary tags are expired and he cannot seem to follow through with phone calls to get to the bottom of my paperwork issue. He throws numbers around as if you're stupid and evades when you ask what charges are for. More
