Awesome Peter I worked with Peter on two occasions. I went back a third time, however, his manager would not give the price we were looking for and we wound up wit I worked with Peter on two occasions. I went back a third time, however, his manager would not give the price we were looking for and we wound up with another dealer, but it is my belief that this surely was not Peter's fault, I feel he was taking directions from above. He is an excellent and ethical salesman and I recommend him highly. More

If you walk in with a price your are willing to pay (A reasonable price, seriously, know the market value of the vehicle your trying to buy and take into consideration you will be paying taxes, title and fees) they are willing to work with you. I will be returning to Paul Miller for future car purchases. I got a 2013 Nissan Maxima, roughly a year and a half ago. Felt like I needed to write this review even today, considering I belive I forgot. More

I was taken for a test drive in the wrong model, which meant taking an extra test drive and the salesmen was not knowledgeable about the car in other areas, too. They then insulted my intelligence with the most outrageous monthly cost on a lease: $550 on a $36.000 MSRP for 15 months with $3000 down. Of course, I didn't agree and ended up paying much less, but only because I did my homework and can do math. Flavia is the most rude, condescending woman I've met and yet had the nerve to ask for all 10's on the survey. I gave them all 1's, what they deserved. But the prize for most inept goes to Alejandro, the Finance guy. My temporary tags are expired and he cannot seem to follow through with phone calls to get to the bottom of my paperwork issue. He throws numbers around as if you're stupid and evades when you ask what charges are for. More

While other dealers were trying to tempt us with "great prices" 2016 CR Vs, Paul Miller's online price for a 2017 model blew them out of the water. We really appreciated not having to deal with a hard sales pitch from Peter. He's a very laid back and honest person that made a feel at ease and made the process easy. We did have to wait 9 days to actually take ownership of the CR V, which really isn't a complaint about the dealership itself. We didn't want white, which I believe was the only color they had left on the lot, but they were able to find us a pearl blue CR V already on the way but the delivery took longer than originally quoted and we had to pay for extra days on a rental vehicle. We did have an issue with 2, out of 4, tire valves that were missing their caps. We only noticed due to a huge snowstorm after we bought the CR V. Because the 2 remaining caps were VERY loose, we assume that the other 2 fell off while the CR V was in motion. More

Good experience! Recently went into the dealership on a Saturday looking to buy a new Accord. The sales team that worked with me was very helpful and patient in helpi Recently went into the dealership on a Saturday looking to buy a new Accord. The sales team that worked with me was very helpful and patient in helping me decide what features/package would best fit my needs. Peter was a good salesperson, very calm and not pushy, which is sometimes hard to come by. Flavia was also very helpful in closing the deal and had a great sense of humor. I had some reservations on pricing, but she was able to work with me to get a deal that everyone was comfortable with in the end. More
