My service manager found your phone number on the General Managers voicemail box. Your vehicle needed a turbo in June and you declined the work and opted for an oil change instead. We did not charge you for the diagnostic fee. Where did we go wrong?

Your vehicle is no longer under warranty. So unless you purchased a vehicle service contract, the cost to repair is on you. There is no open recall on your motor. And we LOVE replacing engines under warranty because most people can't or won't afford to do that repair and the manufacturer pays us good money to do that work. Our service manager tried to call you. If you'd like to call him back he'd be happy to discuss the matter further. You accusations are untrue. No one lied to you. We've been honest from the start.

Juan Tyler, DO NOT WASTE my time if I am going to hear a bunch of excuses and b.s. I have called in several times (5x) to just be ignored. I have given yall ample opportunity to make the situation right with respect and flexibility. I have put as many honest negative reviews as I could on all social media platforms and will tell anyone that will listen not to do business with yall. Not doing the right thing is going to cost yall business.

I got a second opinion from a certified shop. They explained to me that IT WAS NOT a turbo issue, it was a failure within the engine. They took the turbo apart and saw NO OIl. They then explained that your dealership does this frequently so you do not have to replace the engine on warranty because you all do not get paid as much for a factory issue. Lying to me is where you went wrong, not calling me back or caring to honestly resolve this issue is where you went really wring.
