W&L is by far the best car dealership we have ever dealt with. They were direct in their pricing, no high pressure sales and all around good people to work with. We felt like family from the moment we sat d with. They were direct in their pricing, no high pressure sales and all around good people to work with. We felt like family from the moment we sat down to talk. Dale took the time to explain the vehicle and answer our questions. And when we returned to actually purchase the vehicle the process was very smooth and effortless. We were shown around the business, introduced to the maintenance department and made to feel like we were appreciated not just another sale. Frankie’s help with how to work the screen in our car was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very thoroughly. We even got a follow up call from Dale to see how things were going. I would highly recommend W&L to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. Thank you all and keep up the good work!! More

Kyle and service department represent Subaru well and are great at their jobs. They are concerned about the customer. I was not impressed with the group of people in the front corner of the sales floor. I great at their jobs. They are concerned about the customer. I was not impressed with the group of people in the front corner of the sales floor. It seemed that I was bothering them when I asked to have my car evaluated. I almost went to Fullerton in Mechanicsburg. As to finance, I don’t think he was understanding what he was saying when discussing the warranty as it sounded like we should not buy the car with all of the repairs it would need. As to the delivery person, he was excellent and knew the new car as well as the old one’s features. Lastly, you need more space for customer parking. You need to reconfigure the sales parking area. With so many cars all over the place, it gives an appearance of clutter and disorganization. As a customer, it does not give you a welcoming feeling when you can’t find parking and scared to drive thru the clutter. More
