Logan was great. He took our car in to order a part for us then ended up fitting us in for a recall. They did it within a half hour and we were on our way. I have never taken my cats to the dealerships before. This one is much different. Their prices are more than fair. The mechanics do a video walk around for you to see their work when they are finished wh This one is much different. Their prices are more than fair. The mechanics do a video walk around for you to see their work when they are finished when they i inspect your car and then it is sent to you via text. Oil change always includes a car wash and tire rotation. I hope they keep up the great work. Buying a car from them was very pleasant as well. Great team that works there! More

Overall I had a great experience at Biggers Mazda. Marco greeted my family and I when we first walked in the door and even interacted with my kids making us all feel welcome and valued. Marco introduced us to Franco who is the greatest car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about every car on the lot, he's honest, not pushy, and easy to talk to. I told Franco what I wanted, we test drove it, and I walked out with the car the next day - no xx fees and price as advertised on the website. The only negative experience was speaking to the "not finance" sales managers Ali and Peter. Their pushiness on the tech warranty wasn't appreciated and almost made me walk out the door. Outside of that it was a great experience and I will likely look at Biggers Mazda in the future when shopping for the next car. More

I am a repeat customer and have a teen that will be driving within a year. I live 45 mins away and really like this dealership. The people there are friendly, helpful, answer my questions, are respectf driving within a year. I live 45 mins away and really like this dealership. The people there are friendly, helpful, answer my questions, are respectful of me and my time, This dealership is honest, which matters greatly to me. He made the whole process smooth and transparent, and I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The only small downside was when the manager came in toward the end to revisit extended warranties and was a very persistent even after I declined. That said, he was still very nice and clearly passionate about the value and protection those warranties can offer. It was easy to see he truly believes in what he’s selling, which I can appreciate. Overall, I’m thrilled with my new car and would absolutely recommend this dealership — especially working with Franco if you want a straightforward, honest, and comfortable car-buying experience!
