The check in process took long with one person at the front desk at the time when I arrived and not the friendliest but cordial. I received a rental car with no windshield washer fluid. I enjoyed the text update and video update while my car was being serviced. The mechanic could have spoken louder on the video in order for me to hear what he was saying. Upon arriving back to the service dept. to drop off the rental, I saw my vehicle parked and seemed to be ready on the side of the entrance to the service dept. After checking into the front desk to retrieve my vehicle, the young lady stated my vehicle wasn't ready. I informed her where it was parked and confirmed my license plate with her and the hazard lights were on. Thinking she would go out to confirm what I saw, She stated it wasn't ready and asked for me to wait in the lounge area. Approximately 10 minutes later I was told my vehicle is now ready. I'm guessing being this was my first time bringing my vehicle in for service will definitely be my last at this location. Frank Armando was nice and quick processing my paperwork. More

Mbusa sends out a recall letter and I made an appointment. In the letter it states that 3 open recalls where available for my vehicle, upon arrival I was told that my car did not qualify for the appointment. In the letter it states that 3 open recalls where available for my vehicle, upon arrival I was told that my car did not qualify for the recall and made me waste an entire day on driving to the dealer ship, towards the end when I was speaking to my advisor he told me that $350 was required to look at my sunroof which was the cause of my visit, I immediately stood up and told the advisor, have a good day good bye. More
