Deceitful and dishonest practices in sales. Went a month before the car arrived to try to reserve it. Spoke to sales man Jason Endara and he promised me sticker price and told me that he woul Went a month before the car arrived to try to reserve it. Spoke to sales man Jason Endara and he promised me sticker price and told me that he would “take care of everything” if they added additional fees. After the car arrived, he prepped everything so I can show up and sign and leave with the vehicle. He assured me that everything is ready and he wanted me to just sign and drive. As I was preparing to sign, I asked to look at the numbers (glad that I did). They marked up the vehicle $5000 without my knowledge. They wanted me to sign blindly under the impression that everything was what we agreed upon but instead tried to make me sign quickly so that I wouldn’t notice the extra $5000 they added to the sticker price. After Jason and Frank Hussain’s consistent tactic of “let me go convince the manager to lower the price,” I was getting ready to leave when they finally offered me sticker price, but only if I take a made up “bank fees”. I ended up agreeing to it, along with agreeing to getting GAP insurance. However, I believe they hid some Toyota warranties under the umbrella of GAP insurance and snuck that into the total price of GAP. After everything was said and done. I had paid close to $3000 over sticker after I was promised no fees or marck-ups. I was also promised that my credit would not be checked until the vehicle had arrived and we would be at the end of the sale. They ran my credit twice, lowering my score and raising my interest in order to put more money into their pockets. The practice of sneaking $5000 into the final price without my knowledge and making me sign blindly is deceitful and frankly makes me not want to do business with them in the future. Only considered this place because they had the features on the vehicle that I wanted in transit. More
