Prices jumped significantly. You can go to another Honda dealer 20 min down the road and get oil with filter, and air filters changed for same price. I payed for a part scheduled the work 30 days in advance e to allow parts to arrive. The quote I was given when comparing prices to OEM honda parts online were 3 times as much without labor. When I brought it in for the job 1 of the parts hadn't arrived. One of the parts wasn't needed, and it was still 3 hours of work. I waited 45 days and was told I would be notified when it arrived. Finally I came in and picked it up. This is a pretty big hassle since I don't live in the state. The mechanics do good work, the service Reps are good as well with the exception of the job I just spoke of. If you have to speak to someone you are better off just driving in. I have gotten all oil Changes with the exception of maybe 4 or 5. So I guess I would recommend them to a friend, but there is room for improvement. More

Rick Johnson and Frank Perez at Ken Garff Honda Riverdale were great to work with. They made sure that my car was fixed before returning it to me. The service department went above and beyond, fixed my light were great to work with. They made sure that my car was fixed before returning it to me. We just moved to Syracuse, UT and needed to service our odyssey. Ken Garff Honda was our closest dealer and I was pleasantly impressed with their service department. Frank is a straight shooter. I've worked closely with the service department for some years and I've generally been satisfied with the service team. Most recently I was not completely satisfied with the level of communication or the fa years and I've generally been satisfied with the service team. Most recently I was not completely satisfied with the level of communication or the fact that I had to reschedule maintenance to be completed at a later date. Which was not convenient and I was somewhat irritated. Rick immediately reached out in regards to my concerns. Not just to discuss my concerns but to have everything squared away with as little complication or inconvenience as possible. We were able to get everything sorted out. Frank Perez, my service advisor was direct and professional when addressing my concerns and explaining all labor and costs in detail. They won my trust and my business back. Complaints are scarcely acknowledged or made right, especially today. So I am grateful for the honesty and sincerity of the staff. I would rate the level of customer service demonstrated by Frank and Rick as well above average. Thanks for listening and for choosing to make things right. More

My visit was for an emissions test. It was accomplished in the amount of time Frank had indicated to me. He also did the "on the spot" without charging me - which was GREAT.
