I had a great experience working with Frank. I manage a $300 million dollar fleet for the CAT dealer in Utah and Frank is the kind of guy we would love to have on our team. I have never had a negative experience, but when Frank helped me on my most recent visit he exemplified customer service. My dog had died the day before I picked up my car. She was much more than a pet to helped me on my most recent visit he exemplified customer service. My dog had died the day before I picked up my car. She was much more than a pet to me. Frank took the time to offer comforting words and kindness. It won't be forgotten. My husband's car had warranty work finished at another dealership the day before. Their customer service wasn't 1/5th of LHM Honda. More

I have been driving and buying cars for nearly 55 years so I have had quite a bit of experience dealing with service departments. Ken Garff Honda is hands down the best I have dealt with. They are efficien so I have had quite a bit of experience dealing with service departments. Ken Garff Honda is hands down the best I have dealt with. They are efficient, friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating. My vehicle is always washed and vacuumed which is an added service. I have also purchased three vehicles from this dealership. Perhaps that in itself should tell you my confidence in the ways you conduct business. More

Had a strange random vibration on my new ridgeline. Ryan a service tech went with me for a drive. He was able to identify a power steering cover issue He had learned about on a Honda tech website. In less t a service tech went with me for a drive. He was able to identify a power steering cover issue He had learned about on a Honda tech website. In less than 30 minutes he was able to add some insulation and secure it and fix the problem. Grateful for a mechanic that goes above and beyond and has the skill and knowledge to identify and fix my problem. More
