I understand you make your money in service, however how dare you quote me one number and then add on $3,052.17 after the car was ready. The funniest but also saddest part of this ordeal was the clown service advisors begging for the loaner car back whilst my car hadn't even began to be worked on. i will NEVER purchase a BMW Again from your tacky dealership unless you apologize and give me back the car extra money you charged me. Truly pathetic. i was asking to speak to the only competent service advisor there; Chris Blanco but you told me he was on vacation for roughly a month despite my friend talking to him constantly to find the best way to upgrade their car. Do the people at the circus Rallye Bmw, i'm sorry car dealership feel better when they're hustling their clients? i must commend you on your xxxx poor service and most likely losing future customer(s) unless you make this right, which you wont because God Forbid you make an exception to honor a warranty that was barely over. hats off to you. More

Receptionist extremely rude. BMW USA said RALLYE would get me an uber. I called them. She started arguing and saying they won’t get me an Uber. Then when I got there to get a loa BMW USA said RALLYE would get me an uber. I called them. She started arguing and saying they won’t get me an Uber. Then when I got there to get a loaner they advised that I had to be over 25. Which is fine. I get it. Rules are rules. BUT THEY TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR TO TELL ME THIS. I lost time and money because of this TERRIBLE customer service. The loaner guy that need to take info, kept walking around the dealership. For what? Idk. More
