Very professional. Got my car in at scheduled time and completed earlier than expected. My car had an issue that was not scheduled and they were able to take care of it during this visit. Car there for entire day without feed back or update from service advisor frank. Car was Never serviced and did not make it into the the shop. Needed car for weekend so Retrieved car and had to bring back service advisor frank. Car was Never serviced and did not make it into the the shop. Larry Kim was my salesman. He was so accommodating!! He waited for me to pick up the car since I couldn't come in earlier than the time he gets off work. He was clear and to the point with explaining the ins and outs of the process. Even gave me good tips! He gave me the most honest suggestions/advices. He understood my needs. He followed up with me after I got the car. Very kind, knowledgeable and respectful person. I would recommend. When I take my car in for service, Frank Trotta was the manager that was assigned to me even with my last BMW. He is very reliable and attentive. Also straight to the point and never forced me or try to sell me into getting extra work done for no reason. He calls me to fill me in on the process and I never had to wait. More

Once the service was done, there was an issue with the rear brakes, the service adviser immediately got me another loaner, and within a few hours that issue was resolved.
