Initially I was very pleased. Amber was great,follow up exceptional, she made the sale. Dylan and Jim dropped the ball. Waited 1.5 Hours to be picked up. Drove down specifically to meet Dylan, he was to busy. Paid cash for the Ridgeline, after the dealership got payment they didn't care. Unfortunate my neighbor was interested in a new Ridgeline but I had to be honest about my purchase. More

I have had good luck with Schaller in the past so I am extremely disappointed at the results this time. After the purchase I took the car to Hoffman Lexus to get a base line since I would probably be usin extremely disappointed at the results this time. After the purchase I took the car to Hoffman Lexus to get a base line since I would probably be using them for service. I was astonished when they came back with $14930.90 of suggested service needed. As a senior this was horrible. Can you help or am I on my own? More
