Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

Drove all the way from southwestern NH to pick up our new/used Prius. Sales person Frankie greeted us when we walked in. We already knew we wanted the vehicle, so the paperwork went pretty quick and eas new/used Prius. Sales person Frankie greeted us when we walked in. We already knew we wanted the vehicle, so the paperwork went pretty quick and easy. Frankie was laid-back, easy-going and fun to talk to. Got the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Unfortunately, we couldn’t leave with it that day, but Heritage delivered it to us all the way down in New Hampshire a few days later! Great service! Car was delivered super clean and we’re very happy with it. This is the second Prius we have purchased from Heritage. The first Prius we bought from them is still running with almost 300,000 miles on it!! Good dealership, good people. More
