Luis Chavez in financing was great and patient with me as well since we needed to process several transactions. The ONE thing that I did not like was the options presented at the last minute and it's a take it or leave it on the spot. These options can be as much as $2000 to $3000 purchases that need a day or two for review. Other than that, my experience with North Park Toyota has always been excellent. That goes for servicing my vehicles as well. More
