Got a lease from rallye, price wa suggest and before I got the car the dealership was really accommodating. However, I got a car where the windshield wipers needed to be worked on and the charger cable no got the car the dealership was really accommodating. However, I got a car where the windshield wipers needed to be worked on and the charger cable not working. Despite me reaching out to them and them sending me a charger that didn’t work again they said I had to retake it for service. I sent them documentation that the charger was the issue as I had an electrician come to my house and check the amps and voltage. . I spent 4 hours one day taking the car to get serviced and waiting there. Had to cancel multiple clients that day. When I went to pick it up that was another 2 hours out of my day. All could have been solved by sending me a new charger. This should have all been taken care of when they knew they had someone coming to sign the car for a lease. Just because this car was a loaner doesn’t mean this should have been the outcome. They should have made sure everything was in working order. I just felt they wanted to get rid of the car and didn’t care. More

The attention to detail by my sales person was incredible! He knew every available discout, including the discount for children of Veterans.
