The entire buying experience pleased me. Miguel was straight forward, clear and met every condition and issue he addressed. The financing was smooth and there was a lot of activity that could have bogged the process down, but it didn't. I travelled a long distance because Ferguson (Miguel) made it worthwhile to do so. My only issue is, I would like you to have a branch here in the greater OKC area. The Subaru dealership here was good and attentive, but the offer was just not quite as good as yours. More
