This was all over the phone initially so we set up an appointment to go to the dealership. Every staff member encountered was exceptional. We ended up buying the vehicle and the process was quick and seamless. We were introduced to the service manager personally for service needs down the road, there were some bonuses to buying specifically at that dealership, which were very impressive, and they even had a person call us to set up an appointment to go over all the details of the vehicle. Our Forrester has so many amenities that you do need a lesson on it! Everyone exceeded our expectations in customer service levels, and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. More

Best dealer I've ever been too! Garrett, our salesperson was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and low/no pressure. I wouldn't even call him a salesperson because he was no Garrett, our salesperson was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and low/no pressure. I wouldn't even call him a salesperson because he was not trying to sell us anything, he was just helping us understand the vehicle's features and benefits. The whole experience of buying our new Forester was like family event, where everyone wanted us to feel comfortable with the purchase and take care of us after the sale, they even have a monthly dinner for new owners, and schedule a visit to refresh our knowledge of all the car's bells and whistles. I believe we got a fair price, based on the research I did beforehand, and we weren't pressured into buying extra's at the end. At most car dealers, the pressure really starts when they take you into the finance office after you've decided to buy. Not here. I wish all dealers were like this. Oh yea, the 2025 model Forester is a vast improvement over the previous model years, especially the infotainment console. All in all, we're very happy. More
