Although the salesperson is no longer there, we dealt with Robert Madonna on the ! 💯 We bought our 1st vehicle in 2017 and had a great experience! Although the salesperson is no longer there, we dealt with Robert Madonna on the finance side and he was a straight up guy - no games or sneakiness. The service department is just as honest and caring. Robert Cotney is the best Service Advisor! Although, to be fair, he's the only one I've really dealt with so they're probably all just as good. Now, we just bought our 2nd vehicle and had an even better experience! Gary Gonzales was our salesperson and he bent over backwards to help us get the vehicle we fell in love with! As luck would have it, we even got Robert Madonna again. Can't say enough about the whole experience! 🤩 Beaver Toyota actually cares more about the people they serve rather than trying to make a quick buck and move on to the next person. They believe in building long-term relationships and it's a rarity to find that these days! Gary, my salesman, was amazing, he knew the details about EVERY car I asked him about. He also knew where they were in this huge lot. Very impressed. He took personal videos of the cars I was interested in and sent to me, as he knew I had to depend on transportion to get there (he even offered to send someone to get me and bring me there)!
