Coastal KIA has the best customer service of any dealership I have worked with! Gary was professional and personable as well. They provided a shuttle to and from the dealership and Paul was also eas dealership I have worked with! Gary was professional and personable as well. These days, customer service is hard to come by. My car seems to be doing well after the repairs and service that were needed. Another great experience at Coastal Kia; the sixth such appointment, which was apropos considering it was there that I purchased my sixth-in-a-row Kia! Bob Tomlin greeted me at the door, making sure I was appointment, which was apropos considering it was there that I purchased my sixth-in-a-row Kia! Bob Tomlin greeted me at the door, making sure I was well cared for throughout, updating midway and escorting me to my chariot after. While there, had opportunity to meet a new employee: Sivon Gross, who shined out front, eager to greet and make some new customer happy. He unknowingly pulled double duty on this day, serving as a Coastal Kia ambassador and entertainer, while I enjoyed the dealership’s enthusiasm level from my “waiting bench.” Sivon regaled me with tales of sales he was able to accomplish in such a short time on the job. He agreed with me that Kias practically sell themselves. He was proud to be able to work for Pat and gladly gave ‘props’ to another salesman, Uber, who’d shone him the ropes.
