No car wash I was disappointed that my car wasn't washed after my oil change, state inspection and tire rotation on my last visit. Also, the seating in the waiti I was disappointed that my car wasn't washed after my oil change, state inspection and tire rotation on my last visit. Also, the seating in the waiting area needs some chairs with support. And not everyone likes to watch Ellen and then the View. Don't like complaining, but your garage that was on Pierce Street in Kingston, Pa. was a lot nicer and relaxing. Hated to see it torn down. More

I will however talk about the fact that every time I called I never reached someone until I left a voicemail. I can get around that once maybe twice. But out of maybe 6 phone calls I had only one was answered. Now lets get into the fact that when I picked up my vehicle after its Engine recall replacement i had an air dam, holding on by 2 clips, dangling off my front bumper hitting off the road on my way home. That is when i noticed my othering missing under shield. Then after a few days I find water in my headlight. The service department told me it was not their fault and they don't touch the headlights when swapping the engine. Okay, but when I checked over the rest of my car I noticed a few more things wrong. First it was seeing a bungee cord hanging off the AC lines next to my alternator and fan belt. That itself could have potentially damaged that entire charging system. Second was the hose clamps from my vacuum lines missing. That is not as bad as the bungee cord, but next to those clamps was a loose ground screw. I could not say for sure what that grounds for, but its still improper to leave it like that. Lastly I noticed transmission fluid leaking off one of my mounts. All these problems lead to my last visit in which I waited there an hour just to hear the same information I already had precious knowledge of. They told me they filled my trans fluid back up which I am thankful for, but did not even look for leaks at all? Overall I felt my experience there was rough and the service department lead me to think that I was just another person to get out the door as quickly as they can pull it in for service. This whole experience has deterred me from owning a Kia in this area. I ahve knly a few selected service centers, and it is my mistake thinking this dealership could provide the best. I hope this feedback helps benefit the service department and they prove me wrong in the future. I appreciate the minimum amount of service they provided, but the multiple issues outweigh the small amount of valued customer service I received. More

Tire replacements It was the absolute best service I have ever received with any dealership, ever!!!! They couldn’t find the tire for my stinger and instead of having It was the absolute best service I have ever received with any dealership, ever!!!! They couldn’t find the tire for my stinger and instead of having me wait until Monday ( I’m from out of town) they took one off a show room car and installed it on mine. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the level of service and going above and beyond the call of duty. More

Horrible service Drop my car of at 10am for 4 new tires , oil change , inspection and 4 wheel alignment. I had to leave by 4pm and never got my alignment! Recall service I Brought my car for a recall service. It was my first time at the dealership. Got lost on the way to it. Thankfully the service employee who answered I Brought my car for a recall service. It was my first time at the dealership. Got lost on the way to it. Thankfully the service employee who answered the phone stayed on the phone with me and guided me through the driving direction until I got to the dealership. I really thought that was beyond their service duty. I was very impressed with it and very thankful. Also I was offered the refreshment, coffee and cookies when I got there. Overall the service was great and the waiting time was short. The service was free, so I did not have to spend any money for it. More
