This dealership sucks and I will not ever go back to them. I called and booked an appointment for service and requested a loaner car. They told me they had 60 loaner cars and they were all in use so the them. I called and booked an appointment for service and requested a loaner car. They told me they had 60 loaner cars and they were all in use so they put me on the waitlist. After I had my car towed to the dealership, they let it sit there for 5 days before anyone even looked at my car to find out what was wrong. In the end they kept my car for 2 weeks, they never provided me with a loaner car, they refused to accept reimbursement from my auto insurance (even though the work was authorized and approved by my insurance. So I was forced to pay up front for the repairs and parts in order to get my car back. AND they charged me an additional 3% for using my credit card to pay for their services (what an oxymoron….their service was no service) Next time I need service I will go to a different dealership because Marin Audi is the WORST! More
