After finally dropping off my car for repairs, I received nothing but generic text messages with constant delays and zero phone calls. Completion dates changed multiple times without explanation, and I’m now paying $50 a day out of pocket for a rental because of their lack of communication and care. It’s not just frustrating — it’s costing me real money. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Planet Ford Collision Center at all cost. More

The Collision and Loaner dept staff were kind and professional. The only issue i had bad was that when i received my vehicle back the battery was dead. The battery was charged to start it and wass professional. The only issue i had bad was that when i received my vehicle back the battery was dead. The battery was charged to start it and wass told when i got home i should be okay. but that was not the case. I had to get a jump in the morning to be able to go where i purchased my battery. Luckily my battery was still under warranty and was replaced free. However, i was told by the battery tech that the repair shop killed my battery. i never heard back from anyone at the collision center asking what my findings were and given any assistance. so i will not take my vehicle back there.
