I've had the worst experience with Manly Honda in santa rosa. I took my car to get an oil change last week. I was told I had a bad belt and I told them I also hear a noise under the car since I bought th rosa. I took my car to get an oil change last week. I was told I had a bad belt and I told them I also hear a noise under the car since I bought the car on 11/29/2020. Once everything was checked I was told that it would be taken care of on behalf of Honda. They ordered the parts and scheduled me to come back and drop my car off on Friday 01/15/21 at 7:30. I came on time to my appointment, dropped my car off at 7:30am and Honda had my car pass 3pm. I received a call to come pick my car and was told the was fee for the services they did. Confused because I was told something completely different last week and when dropping off my car. That's why Honda had ordered the parts last week. The person who called me was Gary from used sales department. He said that wasn't correct and to please come down to bring back the loaner Honda had given me. Mind you I didn't put more than 3 miles on that vehicle. When arriving to the service department I returned the loaner and was told I needed to walk on the other side of Honda because my car was not there. When arriving to the used sales building I was told by Gary my car was not there it was on the other side where I was just at. He said wait and he will return with my car. When Gary returned he told me everything was done and he would need to speak to Michael the gentleman who sold me my car and who also said last week Honda was taking car of my vehicle so it was safe for me to drive. Gary told me he was wrong. Him and Michael would need to go the "big guy" boss and someone would be getting in trouble because none of the work on my car should have been done without payment from me. Gary said he would figure it and call me Monday. He was very unprofessional and spoke to me as if I did not matter. I was very embarrassed when leaving Manly Honda. I have never felt this way EVER! Today, Saturday 01/16/2021 I received another call from Gary and he went over costs with me regarding the belt and the under plastic thing under my car. He told me the belt could be done due to safety issue but the plastic thing under my car that was rattling would not be something Manly Honda would take care of. He said I can bring my car in to get these things done. I asked him didn't you guys already fix this? Why was I told I needed to pay on Friday when you called me to pick up my car? And why did you have my car all day? It just doesn't make any sense. He said no, he stopped everything because it wasn't approved in the first place and if I want this done I would need to make another appointment. I was completely disappointed with Gary and Honda. Why waste my time? I work Monday-Thursday in Vacaville ca. I drive all week and live now in Santa Rosa. This whole experience has been completely awful. No one knows nothing! And I regret giving Manly Honda in Santa Rosa any of my business. I choose to get a use car to commute to work. I have a Cadillac CTS I drive when I'm not commuting and I've never dealt with such incompetence in my life. I gave Gary one star but would really like to give him a zero for how unprofessional he was with me. More

Great Experience! Shortly after we purchased our car, we noticed an issue with a fan constantly running. We reached out to Svetlana, the salesperson that helped us make our purchase. She contacted her mana noticed an issue with a fan constantly running. We reached out to Svetlana, the salesperson that helped us make our purchase. She contacted her manager Gary and they offered same day service for the repair. Hugo assisted us from that point. They worked on the repair, but needed a part that they did not have access to so they took the car to Ford. The repairs took a couple days, but we got the car back in a timely manner. Everyone was helpful and considerate. The car runs great! We are very happy with our purchase and the service that we received at Manly Honda. Thank you! More

Sales + Finance - Jacob Knight was the model of what a salesman should be. We had a brief conversation about my needs for a vehicle then he made things happen. I didn't Jacob Knight was the model of what a salesman should be. We had a brief conversation about my needs for a vehicle then he made things happen. I didn't go for the first truck presented but after some thought went with a 2016 CR-V. Jacob let the product sell itself. Honda has a stellar reputation. Eric Epting has a challenging job...trying to convince buyers of the possibilities using generally accepted but poorly described data as a reference. It is by no means an easy thing to downplay the reliability of the product that a person just paid $19,000 for. I feel he was a bit heavy handed with me....I felt pressured and especially when Eric brought in a member of the service department to validate his suggestions of electronic failures and the cost of repairs? I have every confidence that Manly Honda is a highly ethical business. Bringing in service personnel immediately put a question in my mind. More

John was my sales consultant and he was awesome! He listened to me, I learned a bit about him (he's a good human BTW), did not high pressure me. I took the car overnight which allowed me to really drive it how and where I normally do, putting it to tests important to me. SOLD. Got a fair deal from Gary on my lackluster trade-in and off to Josh for the paperwork. Josh is delightful and his shoes are amazing. Later in the week, Tom happened to be the guy that answered the phone, he helped me finish up some loose ends, did not pass me off, and checked back with me to ensure I was satisfied. I purposely came to Manly Honda because I prefer shopping local & had heard good things. I've had frustrating experiences with a different local dealer and I expect Manly to provide me a much better, long standing relationship. Off to a great start! More
