Amazing experience! These guys are legit! I worked with Eugene and he went all out to make me happy even after I had changed my mind. Horrible Customer Service turned in my lease vehicle on Dec 2nd, 2019. One of the sales management team, Gary White, did a walk around inspection, mentioned how clean it was turned in my lease vehicle on Dec 2nd, 2019. One of the sales management team, Gary White, did a walk around inspection, mentioned how clean it was (I had paid $200 that day for a full detail to turn it in in perfect condition) and there were no scratches or door dings. A week later I get a letter from a 3rd party inspector that there are two large holes and cracks in the windshield and Ford Motor Credit was going to charge me $464. Knowing the windshield wasn't cracked when I turned it in, I drove up there, spoke with Gary, who did the walk around inspection, showed him the pics that had been provided to me, and he agreed that they were not there prior. Ford Motor Credit asked for a statement to be faxed stating that fact. He refused, saying his manager, Mike Huntzinger, did the paperwork and he would have to send it. Eventually, after three weeks of my calling, Mike Hunstznger finally sent in a letter stating that he doesn't remember whether the windshield was cracked, but that 5 Star Ford would not take responsibility for it. Thanks a lot, 5 Star Ford. I'm no longer a customer so there's no customer loyalty or concern for the truth. FMC says it's between myself and the dealership to work it out, but I'm getting ZERO cooperation from them now, in fact, they're just rude. I absolutely loved my Ford Explorer, but I will NEVER purchase another Ford or deal with Ford Motor Credit again. More
