I am unhappy because they did not have a ride home for me. I had to wait for an hour for them to get me a ride home. When I got home they called me to say that my car was ready, so I had someone take me me. I had to wait for an hour for them to get me a ride home. When I got home they called me to say that my car was ready, so I had someone take me to James Wood. After for waiting for another 45 minuted, I got my car and went home. Does this sound like an organization this knows what it is doing. Where else can I go for a simple oil change?? More

The people I dealt with are good but you all not having enough loaner cars. Is a big problem how are we supposed to get to work and back when u have are cars and at that takes almost 3 months to get it bac enough loaner cars. Good experience. Got me in right at 7am!! Had oil changed and tire rotation done. About 30min after I left the dealership, I got a call from the shop manager informin Got me in right at 7am!! Had oil changed and tire rotation done. About 30min after I left the dealership, I got a call from the shop manager informing me they forgot to put my lug nut key back in my truck. Without hesitation he said he would send some to my house and stick it in the mail box . Really appreciated that !!!! More

I would have given an overall rating of excellent except for the lack of communication upon checkout about a 3% surcharge. My car went in for a broken shift cable and was quickly repaired. Unfortunately, the repair did not take and I had to go back and have the problem addressed again. Gavynn did a great job taking care of m repaired. Unfortunately, the repair did not take and I had to go back and have the problem addressed again.
