Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I grew up in a small town in New York. I began my journey with cars in 1988 working at a local Service Station after school. I then was introduced to autobody work by a friend and later attended vocational school. I continued to excel in my trade.In 1991 I moved to Manchester NH. Just a few years later I started a business calles Finer Touch Auto. I grew from an outside tent into a thriving auto repair facility. In 2008 I started an Auto Dealership in Hooksett NH and turned it into a very successful business. In 2017 My wife and I made the decision to move on due to the automotive climate. I had a Great relationship with Merchants Auto and was asked to come aboard.I gladly accepted. What a great company to work for ! I am very proud to be a part of such a well oiled machine. I love my job and will always look to exceed my customers expectations And Provide the Best Car Buying Experience In The Automobile Industry.

It remains to be seen how they treat me post-sale. The process leading up to that has been completely incompetent and disrespectful. Emails ignored, salesman kept me waiting (like 30 minutes after he walk process leading up to that has been completely incompetent and disrespectful. Emails ignored, salesman kept me waiting (like 30 minutes after he walked away with no explanation or excuse), waited over a week to call me after promising to update me at two days, dealership never mailed documents I was told to expect, didn't call me to update me on issues at the dealership, didn't mark documents for signatures required, didn't follow up with insurance company after sitting on contact info over a week, requested the same info three times, the third time asking me to do what they'd already agreed to do. . And they never responded to emails from the start, enquiring whether adverised vehicles were available, I will say the logistics people that delivered the vehicle were super polite and courteous. More

Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer or almost any business. I'm a cash buyer ready to get a van for my business. I went there personally and met with the Sales Manager, Chuck Wolfe. After almost any business. I'm a cash buyer ready to get a van for my business. I went there personally and met with the Sales Manager, Chuck Wolfe. After telling him what I was looking for he pawned me off on one of his sales guys, Steven Francoeur. I then had the same conversation with him and gave him my contact info and even a copy of my license. He said he would follow up. After several days of not hearing back, I called him. He said he had no notes or recollection of me. We had the same conversation again and he said he would send over info on a vehicle after we got off the phone. Another two days go by. So I email him and he says he is confused and has no idea who I am. At this point, I went back to Chuck and he handed me off on another sales guy, Gene Cocchiarella. I tell Gene the stock number of the exact vehicle that I want. He says the vehicle is in their shop and needs to be cleaned up and he'll get right on it. A week goes by with no word, I call him again. He says they can't find the vehicle and asks me if I want another one. I tell him that I am only interested in a vehicle with similar mileage and price. A few days later he gets back to me and tells me they found the vehicle that I wanted and they are putting a new part in it. I wait another week before calling again. It's still in the shop. Another two weeks go by and Gene calls me on a Saturday evening and tells me that the vehicle just needs a new seat and he is going to have them take it from one of their many junks and give me a call on Monday to get everything settled. Of course, there is no call on Monday. The following Monday I text him. No response. Another few days go by and I text him again saying this is beyond ridiculous and that if he was interested in selling a vehicle to me he needed to get back to me. No response. So almost two months after my initial visit when I was ready to pay cash for a vehicle there's nothing but wasted time. I never write reviews but this was so beyond bad I had to warn others. If you value your time at all, I'd avoid these people. They are either incompetent or just don't give a s***. More
