After we canceled our purchase within 24 hours due to deceptive sales practices, Gene Ferrugio verbally assaulted my wife when we requested a refund. The dealership refused to return our money, even after multiple attempts. We had to call the police, and shockingly, management (Mr. Castano) left the building, leaving his staff to berate us further. They stole our money, and we are now taking legal action. Avoid this dealership at all costs – they are unprofessional, dishonest, and have no respect for their customers. More
