We reviewed your account which shows that your 2010 Ford Expedition has 198,385 miles on it. You signed off on having & paying for the $189 diagnostic testing. Our inspection found AC lines from the engine to bay to the right of the vehicle are leaking and your vehicle needs tubes & coolant. Also, there are multiple leaks near the oil pan and both mains. We feel that our quote of $2,600 is fair for the repairs, but you declined. However, you are still responsible for paying for the diag. that you signed off on.
