She was great on the response and called me to arrange my visit to the dealership. Upon arrival she was fantastic, she was focused on me as the customer and did not disappoint. I also worked with George May who also displayed great customer service and really wanted to make a deal work, that was best for me and my budget. They went above and beyond and made a great deal, which is a lot more than a competitor was willing to do. Rav4 Upgrade I went in looking to upgrade from a 2015 RAV4 XLE to a 2019 Rav4 XLE. Alex West was helping me with questions on my Camry the week before. She mention I went in looking to upgrade from a 2015 RAV4 XLE to a 2019 Rav4 XLE. Alex West was helping me with questions on my Camry the week before. She mentioned about the new RAV4s and how the upgraded features were impressive. I set up an appointment a week later to let her show my wife and I some of the new RAV4s. When we got there she had already selected a few models to look at based on our previous conversations. I did not take too long for my wife and I to filter through the choices to find the one car that fit all our needs and more. Alex was quick to get our existing car looked at for trade in value. Then after a short time working with her and the sales manager George May, they were quick to come up with a fair trade in value for our old car and a good market value on the new Rav4. Both Alex and George were extremely fun, professional, and fair in our negotiations and really listened to our feedback and treated us like family. Then we worked with Rob Madonna in finance and he made that a very quick, thorough, easy procedure explaining each document and additional offerings in detail. Once that was completed Alex had the car detailed, tags switched, and car out front ready to go. Then she took the time to review the key features of the car with us and answered all of our questions before we left the lot. It was one of the best car buying experiences we have been through. The car is fantastic and the people at Beaver Toyota have been great - and Alex even followed up the next day with a call to see if we had any questions or concerns on anything with the car. We are extremely pleased with the car, the experience, and the people at Beaver Toyota. More

I was "WOWED" I felt comfortable the moment my daughter and I got out of my car and met the lady at the "WOW" me desk. She was amazing. Then we met Robert, in Serv I felt comfortable the moment my daughter and I got out of my car and met the lady at the "WOW" me desk. She was amazing. Then we met Robert, in Service, and Alex, in Sales. We loved working with them all. They were professional, courteous, funny and they made me feel like they really cared about me and my problem. They all worked really diligently to help us with my problem. I went there for a diagnosis for my Toyota Highlander Hybrid (I loved, loved my SUV, but it was starting to need some extensive work) I hope to get another Highlander one day, and left with a Dodge Grand Caravan. Not exactly what I wanted but it's really nice. I will definitely stop in to say hello from time to time. I want to keep in touch with Alex. She is certainly an asset to your company. She was a delight to work with and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you all for being so kind. More
