I have been completely happy with Royal Moore, from purchase through current service. I LOVE that when Toyota recommended $400 worth of service, Caroline told me that those things were not really neede purchase through current service. Service is quick, and almost always I've felt that the people providing service knew what they were doing. When I haven't had confidence in what I'm hearing, it's been easy to get another service person involved and resolve any issues satisfactorily. I appreciate that I feel like I'm dealing with human beings and that they aren't afraid to talk amongst themselves to get more information and make sure that my car and I are being taken care of well. More
