I've been a loyal customer here, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My car was in the shop for a long time for a full engine replacement under Ford’s extended warranty, and communication d was extremely disappointing. My car was in the shop for a long time for a full engine replacement under Ford’s extended warranty, and communication during that entire period was poor. I had to chase every update and even push to get the rental that my warranty already covered. Less than a month after finally getting the car back, it developed a severe transmission fluid leak and became almost undrivable. I was first told it was caused by “road debris,” but after more back‑and‑forth, the dealership repaired it at no cost. Even then, I couldn’t get a clear explanation of what actually happened or how it related to the previous repair. I’m glad the car is fixed now, but the lack of transparency, long repair time, and the amount of effort required just to get basic support, despite having Ford’s extended warranty, has really damaged my trust in this service department. More

The service expected completion time was longer than I was originally told. My appointment was the 1st time slot for that morning. I went to work and since I didn’t hear back by noon, I called and was told there were no updates as to when my car will be serviced and someone will call me. No call back so returned after work around 4pm and was told someone was just serving my car. Although I had an appointment, my car wasn’t serviced until I showed up that evening. That’s bad service. He’s also been in battery saver mode “ Bed cover not resolved but made progressively worse each attempt- warranty not billed I was charged to deviate from manufacturer specifications making the situation worse - bed cover needs resolution and I’m waiting contact from park ford but nothing F- And this is my conservative assessment going back years….. the past 1.5 years, parks service went from bad to worse More
