Had to return for a 3rd time for the same recalls. Check engine light came on after original visit. Waited several days for call back from service manager, he never called. Well I guess he did after reading original review. They got the check engine light to go off, but were not transparent about the process my vehicle had gone through the previous 2 times. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the service manager who contacted me and requested I bring the car back passed me back to the same service guy that started the entire mess. Honestly, I’m considering an upgrade to the next model so I wouldn’t have to deal with Hyundai at all. Clear communication goes a long way! People are not as dumb as you guys think, even if we aren’t mechanics. Gerald started the process of trying to make things right and in my opinion, did that about halfway. As the manager when you took over for the service guy, follow through. The fact that you passed me back to the “gentleman” who started the problem really says you cared. Thanks! When time to purchase again, PARKS will not be involved, no matter the dealership. More

I was treated with unprofessionalism and disrespect throughout the entire process. Olga my service representative told me that she did not know where my car was and wasn’t going to try to find it. When she did then find it, she blamed me as though I had done something wrong. The manager Gerald “took over my case” after I requested Olga be removed, but he clearly forgot about that as soon as the day ended given that nobody called me to tell me my car was ready and when I called Gerald to enquire about it, he seemingly had no recollection of who I was. I am thankful that this is not my regular dealership as I would never purchase a vehicle through a place with such blatantly shady practices. More

You guys were willing to take my Hyundai Kona in and do a diagnostic check even it was purchased from Southeast agency. Determined battery at fault.
