This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership service department. One reason being is that they refuse to give me a loaner car for their duration that my car was there, they also did a dealership service department. One reason being is that they refuse to give me a loaner car for their duration that my car was there, they also did a horrible job communicating with me when my car will be repaired. They also gave me hassle about my warranty replacement, saying that they’re not gonna value my warranty the next time this happens to my vehicle, they usually have a guy that you can text at any time to communicate about your vehicle. That guy just did not respond to me hardly ever. And then one of the servant department managers a lady. She told me that she was going to get onto one of her staff members for scheduling me a 4 o’clock appointment for my vehicle to be looked at and she proceeded to cancel that appointment without scheduling me another appointment I had to call back three days later only to find out my car wasn’t scheduled to be looked at after that ““ supervisor cancel that. I do want to leave one good thing, though Gerald he’s a manager in the service department. That guy is great. He did go out of his way to accommodate me and I will say that. More

This service department at this dealership was horrible. No one returns phone calls. They did not want to file my warranty claim for paint at Hyundai. Even tho the warranty ended up being approved. Had to return for a 3rd time for the same recalls. Check engine light came on after original visit. Waited several days for call back from service manager, he never called. Well I guess he did after r Check engine light came on after original visit. Waited several days for call back from service manager, he never called. Well I guess he did after reading original review. They got the check engine light to go off, but were not transparent about the process my vehicle had gone through the previous 2 times. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the service manager who contacted me and requested I bring the car back passed me back to the same service guy that started the entire mess. Honestly, I’m considering an upgrade to the next model so I wouldn’t have to deal with Hyundai at all. Clear communication goes a long way! People are not as dumb as you guys think, even if we aren’t mechanics. Gerald started the process of trying to make things right and in my opinion, did that about halfway. As the manager when you took over for the service guy, follow through. The fact that you passed me back to the “gentleman” who started the problem really says you cared. Thanks! When time to purchase again, PARKS will not be involved, no matter the dealership. More
