Brought my car in for a service that I was told is covered under warranty. Get a call from them that it’s not covered and the cost was ridiculous. I asked them to let me buy the part and I would have covered under warranty. Get a call from them that it’s not covered and the cost was ridiculous. I asked them to let me buy the part and I would have a local mechanic do it for like 80% less than what they were charging me. Left the car in the morning thinking I’d get it back that evening but they ended up lowering the price and had to give me a loaner for a day. First time this has happened. I have had better experiences in the past but never given a runaround like this. More
