Interpersonal Service Everyone is friendly and polite, no complaints there. Vehicle and Handoff Purchased an EQB 350, the vehicle was charged at handoff, but the wind shield wiper fluid was low after on no complaints there. Vehicle and Handoff Purchased an EQB 350, the vehicle was charged at handoff, but the wind shield wiper fluid was low after one test spray. The charging experience has been abysmal. We were told that our vehicle had free charging for 2 years for 30 minutes a day and that with a Level 3 charger, we could go from empty to a full charge well within that time. This is just not true. Charging from 25% to 80% has taken roughly an hour on average. We were set up in the Mercedes me Connect app and given a card, but left in the dark about all of the different quirks of different charging companies. I have spent hours on end on the phone with charging companies trying to get my vehicle charged. I’m also paying for charging every single time, unless of course I intend on using less than 30% of my car’s battery that day. The app and navigation are not functioning correctly to connect to the chargers and having to call a charging station every time I want to charge my vehicle seems absurd to me. More
