"Honest salesmen and smooth process"
I went in to buy a new car and trade in my old one. They were all helpful, honest about what they like and dislike about car features and helped me find the perfect car for me. They did not try to oversell me on anything and help me set up a financial plan. I also forgot some things like my title and they were so understanding stating I could bring it in the next day. They really treat you like family!

Just bought my 2016 Mazda CX 5 and I am beyond happy! The entire experience was fabulous from the first test ride to signing the papers and driving off the lot.....Abdul was great to work with. He explained everything to me, introduced me to Mike, the sales manager, I felt like I got a great deal, never felt pressured. Everyone was helpful and so nice! They definitely have a forever customer!!

I had a wonderful experience at Whitten Mazda. I submitted an online inquiry and received a prompt response from Gillian. She gave me the info I was looking for and was not pushy. We set up an appointment for a test drive. I went in for the test drive and a few hours later, I left with a new CX-5! It was a great buying experience. They were low key, not pushy. We were prepared to visit other dealerships to get the best price but we didn’t have to. They offered us a great price and we took it. No back and forth, no haggling. Our sales rep Gerald (with assistance from Nick) was very personable and knowledgeable. I’m so glad we visited Whitten first. Nick was great also. I will definitely recommend Whitten Mazda to others. As a matter of fact, I have already been telling others about my experience.
"Worth the drive!"
I had to drive from northern Virginia to get the color combination my wife preferred, but the experience at Whitten Brothers made the drive well worth it. My experienced started with reaching out via email to Gillian Hayes to negotiate a price, ask about financing and set an appointment to see/buy the car. Gillian was both timely and direct in her responses to my questions and made me comfortable with the process.
Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by name by several at my appointed time, and the car was waiting for me all shined up and ready to test drive. Bill Edwards in Sales was knowledgeable, affable and patient...someone you would choose to be a friend or neighbor. Finally, Jay Dawson explained finance options in detail, but with purpose...knowing no one wants to be sitting in his office for long once they have bought a new car!
Also, the dealership itself was comfortable and uncluttered...and the remaining staff was welcoming and customer focused. Finally, I used the drive home to familiarize myself with the car and it many features...time well spent.

"Excellent buying experience"
Whitten Brothers, and Nick Burton specifically, were an absolute delight to work with. Nick went out of his way to find the exact vehicle i was looking for and also managed to have the best price by a decent margin. And when another dealer attempted to undercut them, he matched the new price without any issues. The vehicle was perfect when i arrived, freshly gassed up and washed and buffed, and the sales experience was a little pressury on extra protection but not a typical hard sell by any margin. Overall a great experience and I'd absolutely recommend Nick in the future.
