I was told my car was under recall and under warranty and neither one fixed the engine!! The car would stop working while driving and your company doesn’t see that as a hazard!!??I asked in order for the rec neither one fixed the engine!! The car would stop working while driving and your company doesn’t see that as a hazard!!??I asked in order for the recall you’re waiting till the defect occurs and I get in an accident in order for it to take place and I was told yes twice!!! That is totally ridiculous when my make model and year is under the recall!!!! I will bring this up to the news as well!! That your company would rather a catastrophe happen before you abide by the recall on your defective engines!!! My car is a 2016 Kia optima ! More

The man in the red hat that “greets” you when you pull up was so rude to me when I pulled up, he has no empathy and wasn’t nice in the slightest. The lady at the front desk, her name escapes me but she had t was so rude to me when I pulled up, he has no empathy and wasn’t nice in the slightest. The lady at the front desk, her name escapes me but she had tattoos and facial piercings, she was very sweet and apologetic about this man’s horrible attitude. He appeared to be making fun of my vehicle and rolled his eyes at me multiple times. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the lady at the desk. When I get a new car you’ll never catch me in another KIA if this is how they treat people. More
