ervice is usually a little on the slow side, and it often feels like the Service advisors dont have time to status the vehicle being serviced. I have times where it took 3 hrs just to say they have part feels like the Service advisors dont have time to status the vehicle being serviced. I have times where it took 3 hrs just to say they have parts on order and of the flip side where the work was done in 1/2 the time estimated. Although I own 2 KIAs i would not recommend people to buy a KIA, due to the poor quality materials used( paint, plastics and rubbers and their resistance to cover material defects under warranty eventhough they are clearly defective. I also find the prices you charge for common services and repairs to be escessive. Greenway Kia is the first dealer that I actively avoid if possible. I also understand that some of my frustration is to Kia's lack of waranty support and not necessisarily Greenways fault. More

Not worth going to and I will not be getting another Kia vehicle again. Management was non-responsive to requests for information (over 2 weeks to say "we are still assessing the problem"), I was told to as vehicle again. Management was non-responsive to requests for information (over 2 weeks to say "we are still assessing the problem"), I was told to ask the customer care representative for documents that they should have been able to provide me and that she has many emails. At the end, they tried to bill me an additional $50 for "miscellaneous". I would not recommend anyone to go here or get a Kia in the future. I was planning on my next vehicle to be a Kia, but not anymore. My business will go elsewhere. More

They worked with us to fulfill our interest with great intent. Whatever your situation they will help, from the floor manager to service manager, they got your back! It's a Quick turn around! If you want to be treated like royalty and even like family choose this location! They have a full line of the new Kia's, pre owned as well as a variety of other brands in great condition, their inventory has good mileage, go take a look, their line is very impressive! I went in just to look but left with a new Kia, and this was after visiting 4 other dealerships. I don't usually leave recommendations but I just had to, both my husband and I were very impressed 💯! You also get a very impressive warranty including roadside assistance, and a multiple of other coverages!! Gina Carpio is the most unprofessional and rude service manager I have ever encountered. My engine was replaced under warranty, but on the very next day it overheated — it turned out that there was no cool manager I have ever encountered. My engine was replaced under warranty, but on the very next day it overheated — it turned out that there was no coolant at all. This led to a series of problems caused by the poor quality of the warranty engine replacement. When I picked up the car after the repair, I decided to check the fluid levels before leaving the dealership and asked for help. Gina came over and immediately showed irritation that she was called. She spoke harshly and reluctantly. When I noticed that the coolant level was below the minimum and asked why the reservoir was empty, she said: “We are not obligated to top off the coolant, but if it makes you satisfied, we will pour it.” I strongly advise avoiding this service center. They employ unprofessionals who failed to properly replace the engine under warranty, which caused it to overheat and resulted in significant damage to me — both financial and emotional — which still hasn’t been compensated. Moreover, the manager Gina Carpio couldn’t even professionally hand over the car to me. More
