I had a recently purchased 2019 CPO GTI that had a strange squeak and a few other minor issues. They fixed all minor issues under warranty with great communication. The complimentary shuttle service was much appreciated, and the Lyft service was awesome. Unfortunately it took several visits for the weird squeak/rattle noise to finally be fixed. They believed that they had fixed it twice but it took a third visit to finally nip it in the bud. Thankfully, they were very accommodating and pleasant throughout the experience. I was worried that I was annoying them too much, but it worked out well. I also purchased the Certified Pre Owned vehicle from the sales department. Pricing was fair, I would say, given the supply chain shortage and pandemic demand. There were no hidden fees. No additional or egregious dealer markup, besides market rate for the used vehicle. They are firm on the list sale price for the vehicle. You can negotiate your trade in value, which I did. And I believe that you can negotiate some of the standard dealer fees. Call was very nice and helpful in describing the vehicle. Very professional with good communication skills. My only slight reservation is that once I did agree on a negotiated sale and trade in price, the salesman and manager wanted to rush me along. They barely answered my remaining questions once I had signed for a price, and they actually left the building shortly after, leaving me with other employees. Otherwise everything was great and I would recommend this dealer. More
