Absolutely would not recommend. Booked appointment online for noon, arrived early as had complex needs involving the integrated trailer towing electronics. Waited around, another service advisor finally checked me in. Went to lunch, sat around for an hour, texted to let them know I was at the trailer. Didn't even know I was there. "Do you expect all these problems to be resolved today?" Finally went to advisors office after being told by tech that problem was unfixable. Sat there at their desk, unacknowledged, as the one advisor chewed out the other one who checked me in for using his "tag" or whatever. Had to yell at both of them to stop complaining about the customer because I was literally sitting in front of them. Finally got one thing done, oil change, 3.5 hours later. Would NOT recommend. Still owes me answer on if a part is covered under warranty. Useless. More

I always have a great experience with the service department and they keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. One new feature on this last visit that was helpful was that they sent a video of t department and they keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. One new feature on this last visit that was helpful was that they sent a video of the brake inspection to let me see the condition of the brakes and rotors. Makes it much easier to make a decision especially if you dropped it off to be serviced. More
